Your J-Bella’s Birthday Club membership entitles you to (1) complimentary meal for your birthday each year (up to $12.95). Offer expires 30 days after your Birthday. You must be at least 18 years of age during the year you collect your birthday meal. Verification of your identity, birth date and age will be required at the time you visit in order to redeem your free meal. VALID AT OUR J-BELLA LOCATION ONLY. 

Your membership in the Birthday Club also allows us to send period emails informing you of special events and offers for subscribers only. You can edit your membership information and unsubscribe at any time.

In order for us to process your birthday club membership, you must be signed up three months prior to your birthday month, otherwise, your first birthday club promotion will be issued on the following year.
